The court found his argument "not sustainable," especially given the Enforcement Directorate's assertion of evidence showing his involvement in formulating the now-revoked rule. Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party leader, dubbed the "kingpin" of the scam by the ED, will remain in Delhi's Tihar Jail until April 15, per a previous city court directive. Despite the ED not seeking an extension of custody, they opposed Kejriwal's release, citing his lack of cooperation during interrogation sessions.
